Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

Ensure world-class product quality across MAS's intimate apparel production line, meeting the strict AQL standards of our international brand partners. This role is critical to our zero-defect manufacturing programme.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inline and end-line quality inspections using AQL sampling plans
• Investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective actions
• Prepare quality reports and share with buyers during monthly reviews
• Train production staff on quality standards and SOP adherence

Requirements

• 3+ years in quality assurance in garment or apparel manufacturing
• Degree or HND in Textile Technology or related field
• Familiarity with AQL standards and test method protocols
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
