Production Manager

About the Role

Oversee end-to-end production operations for a 600-machine lingerie manufacturing facility at MAS's Biyagama plant, supplying Victoria's Secret and Calvin Klein. You will own OEE, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production planning meetings and manage shift output vs. target
• Drive OEE improvements through lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives
• Manage a team of 8 supervisors and 600 machine operators
• Liaise with buyers' technical teams during pre-production and QC approvals

Requirements

• 6+ years of garment or manufacturing operations experience
• Degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or Production Management
• Experience with lean/six sigma methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret technical packs and construction specifications
