Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using JobSafari. These terms govern your use of our platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JobSafari.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using JobSafari, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Job seekers
Job seekers may browse, search, and apply for jobs free of charge. You may save job listings and receive alerts. You agree not to misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity in your profile or applications. Applications submitted through JobSafari are between you and the employer; JobSafari is not a party to the employment relationship.
Employers
Employers may post job listings, review applications, and contact candidates. Job listings must include accurate salary information — listings without salary will not be published. You agree not to post discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent listings. JobSafari reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms. By posting a job, you represent that you have the authority to hire for the position.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use JobSafari to: post spam or unsolicited messages, scrape or harvest user data, impersonate another person or entity, post illegal content, circumvent security measures, or use the platform for purposes other than legitimate employment.
Intellectual property
JobSafari and its content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by JobSafari and protected by Sri Lankan intellectual property law. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a licence to display it on our platform.
Limitation of liability
JobSafari provides a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobSafari is not liable for damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to loss of employment, data loss, or third-party conduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
