About the Role

Be the first point of contact for Dialog's 17 million subscribers, resolving billing, technical, and service queries via phone and live chat. Ideal for a fresh graduate looking to start their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve billing disputes, technical faults, and service requests within SLA
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during service calls
  • Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system

Requirements

  • A/L or Diploma qualification minimum
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Computer literacy and ability to type at least 35 WPM
  • Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends
