Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Open and manage savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts
• Assist with loan documentation and KYC compliance
• Promote digital banking adoption among branch customers

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Banking examination passes (IBSLor similar) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil preferred
