Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

Coordinate raw material procurement and inbound logistics for MAS's fabric and trim supply chain, ensuring on-time delivery to 7 manufacturing plants across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Raise and track purchase orders with fabric and trim suppliers in China, India, and Sri Lanka
• Monitor shipment ETAs and coordinate customs clearance with freight forwarders
• Maintain ERP data accuracy for PO status, delivery dates, and stock receipts
• Support the quarterly supplier performance review process

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Logistics
• 1–2 years of supply chain or procurement experience preferred
• Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
