Product Manager

About the Role

Drive product strategy and roadmap for Virtusa's flagship digital banking accelerator, used by over 30 banks globally. You will work closely with engineering, UX, and client-facing teams to deliver impactful features at pace.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with engineering leads
• Gather requirements from enterprise clients and translate to user stories
• Define success metrics and track product KPIs
• Present roadmap updates to C-level stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in a software company
• Background in fintech or enterprise software preferred
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
