About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services in Java or Node.js
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with US-based product teams across time zones
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and REST APIs
