Branch Manager — Gampaha

About the Role

Lead the Gampaha branch team of 18 staff to deliver branch targets across deposits, lending, and digital migration. You will be accountable for P&L, compliance, and customer satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

• Drive deposit mobilisation and loan disbursement targets for the branch
• Manage and develop a team of 18 staff including officers and executives
• Ensure full compliance with CBSL regulations and internal audit requirements
• Champion digital banking adoption and reduce counter transaction volumes

Requirements

• 8+ years of banking experience, 3+ in branch management
• Proven track record of meeting deposit and lending targets
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Banking examinations (IBSL) required
