Regional Sales Manager

About the Role

Lead Dialog's Central Province sales team, driving postpaid and broadband acquisition targets across Kandy, Matale, and Nuwara Eliya districts. You will manage a team of 12 field sales executives and partner with local resellers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue targets across postpaid, broadband, and enterprise segments
• Manage, coach, and appraise a team of 12 field sales executives
• Develop channel partnerships with local resellers and corporate accounts
• Provide weekly pipeline and forecast reports to the Head of Sales

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, 2+ in a management role
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong network in the Central Province business community preferred
• Full driving licence required
