HR Business Partner

About the Role

Partner with MAS's Intimate Apparel leadership team of 2,000 employees to drive people strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives aligned to MAS's global sustainability commitments.

Responsibilities

• Advise business unit leaders on talent, performance, and organisational design
• Lead annual talent calibration and succession planning processes
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the business unit
• Manage ER cases and ensure compliance with Sri Lanka labour law

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
• Degree in HR Management, Business, or Psychology
• Chartered membership of IHRM or CIPD preferred
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka Employment Act and labour regulations
