IT Security Specialist

About the Role

Protect Commercial Bank's digital infrastructure and 1.5 million online banking customers from cyber threats. You will manage SIEM systems, lead penetration tests, and respond to security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SIEM alerts and triage security incidents 24/7 via on-call rota
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests
• Maintain ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS compliance documentation
• Train branch staff on phishing awareness and security hygiene

Requirements

• 4+ years in information security or cybersecurity
• CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, IBM QRadar, or similar)
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS and CBSL cybersecurity guidelines
