Senior Network Engineer

About the Role

Join Dialog's Network Engineering team to plan, deploy, and optimise our 4G/5G mobile network infrastructure serving 17 million subscribers island-wide. This is a critical role in Sri Lanka's digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise 4G LTE and 5G NR radio access network parameters
• Lead drive tests and coverage improvement projects across all districts
• Coordinate with Ericsson and Huawei field teams for equipment upgrades
• Develop automated KPI reporting dashboards for network performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile network planning or optimisation
• Hands-on experience with UMTS/LTE/5G network technology
• Proficiency in network planning tools (Atoll, Planet, or similar)
• CCNP or equivalent certification preferred
