Finance Manager — Group Treasury

About the Role

Manage JKH Group's treasury operations including cash management, FX hedging, and debt capital markets activity. You will work directly with the Group CFO and have exposure to the full breadth of JKH's 90-company portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash pooling, intercompany lending, and group liquidity position
• Execute FX hedging strategies to manage USD, EUR, and AUD exposures
• Prepare quarterly board treasury reports and covenant compliance certificates
• Lead annual refinancing of the Group's LKR 20Bn revolving credit facility

Requirements

• 6+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba, SAP TRM, or similar)
• Strong understanding of FX markets and derivatives
