Hotel Operations Manager

About the Role

Oversee day-to-day operations for Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo — a 350-room, 5-star city hotel and premier MICE destination. You will lead 8 department heads and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily hotel operations across rooms, F&B, events, and guest services
• Drive RevPAR, GOP, and guest satisfaction scores to meet annual targets
• Manage, develop, and appraise 8 department heads and 400 team members
• Coordinate with the Meetings & Events team on large conference bookings

Requirements

• 8+ years of hotel management experience, 3+ in an HOD or operations role
• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star international hotel brand preferred
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
