Data Analyst — Commercial

About the Role

Use data to drive commercial decisions across Dialog's postpaid, prepaid, and broadband business lines. You will build dashboards, run ad-hoc analyses, and work with the marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards tracking revenue, churn, and ARPU
• Run cohort analysis and customer segmentation models
• Collaborate with marketing to measure campaign ROI
• Present weekly insights to commercial leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of data analysis experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly
